Hi, I'm Apocryphal, and this is my workout blog.
I'm tired of being fat. Therefore, I'm starting a structured workout program guided by the book The Abs Diet. I'm more or less going to be following Abs rules, but I already eat pretty well, so my biggest issues are portion control and working out.
Today's the final day of not being good, so I've had hamburgers, coke, beer, ice cream... real bad stuff, all of it. And then tomorrow, I take it pretty easy, because Monday starts at 5am.
Keep it here kids, we'll have posts almost every day to keep up to speed on how I'm doing. It'll be real and it'll be raw. I hope.
